CAN YOU REALLY CHANGE HIM OR HER?

Change according to the dictionary is to make the form, nature, content and future course etc of something different from what it is.

Character is the aggregate of features and traits that forms the nature of a person. A man is born with a blank mind, he aggregates all his features over time as he grows,day by day, year by year,
so a character is formed over a long period and it becomes a stronghold and a major part of life.

Now let's go back to our topic,do you really think, that character that took a very long time to breed and form can be changed by you overnight? this is a very hard and sometimes an impossible task to be done, except for God's intervention.

Sit back, take a pen and paper and write down, what are the features, character and traits of this person I want to marry or this person I am in a relationship with right now (be sincere). For example ( the good ones),he or she has respect, ambitious, enthusiastic, fears God, supports me in career,spiritually,emotionally etc,and (the bad ones) : He or she is disrespectful, abusive, lazy, dirty, shabby, not focused etc. Identify all, at least the ones you can see, write all of them down and ask yourself which one you can or cannot tolerate, use a 90:10, 80:20, 70:30 or 60:40 percent of the good and the bad to rate what you can tolerate, I repeat please be sincere.
This will show how compatible both of you will be, take this analysis serious before you pop the question "will you marry me" or before you say "yes I will marry you".

Who you marry can make or mar your life, there are so many people that have been sent to an early grave due to the choice of spouse they made, some of them saw the signs of uncontrolled anger, beating, wickedness when they were dating or courting,some said,if I leave this person, where will I start from, "Husband no dey outside" according to some ladies. My dear if you manage that person now and go ahead, it will take God for you not to leave that person in future. On the other hand, if you lose your life because of the choice of spouse you make today, your parents and loved ones will lose greatly, so please don't even joke with that.

Now I know there is no perfect character but there's what is called compatibility and knowing what appeals to you as a person, there maybe some things you can take that another person cannot take (One man's food is another man's poison), so choose with your eyes wide open.
