Only 5 Ebola cases remaining in Liberia

According to UN mission for Ebola Emergency Response spokesperson Lisa White, only 5 laboratory confirmed Ebola cases are remaining in Liberia.
Ebola virus started killing people in 2013 in Guinea and spread to Sierra Leone and Liberia where it had a massive effect.


For Liberia to have only 5 cases left is good news, it shows the country will be free from the deadly virus very soon.


Lisa White also said there were 21 suspected cases but are yet to be confirmed, she urged everyone to corporate with the Liberian government to be watchful and careful to ensure the virus is kicked out completely from the country.


Tolbert Nyensuwah an assistant health minister also confirmed that it's only 5 tested cases that were remaining and said if people don't get sick from the virus again it means the country will be free completely.
